A package of 20 buffer packets for the Proteometer-L Kit. 
 
Add one packet of Proteometer-L Buffer to a 1L beaker with 500 mL of ultra-pure water. Rinse out the contents of the packet to ensure quantitive transfer. 
 
Bring the final volume up 1000mL with ultra-pure water. 
 
Stir until completely dissolved. Filter into a low actinic media bottle. Add 50 mL of Acetonitrile to your mobile phase. Transfer the contents of the reagent vial to the bottle of mobile phase. Rinse out the contents of the vial to ensure quantitative transfer.
