Proteometer-CV Kit

Proteometer-CV: Rapid, Reliable Charge Variant Analysis

The Proteometer-CV is designed for scientists developing mAbs, bi-specifics, or fusion proteins with an Fc region, regardless of their position in the development process.

Unlike current charge variant (CV) methods, the Proteometer-CV does not require additional sample preparation or purification because testing is done directly in crude fermentation supernatant. Therefore, the development of a specialized method and the use of a specialized instrument are not required.

The Proteometer-CV provides customers with charge variant analysis in 25 minutes.

The kit reduces the need for capillary electrophoretic methods that require Protein A purification, thus saving time and money. We are the only solution that performs charge variant analysis in cell free supernatant, ensuring no negative effects on the sample that might be present in other charge variant methods.

Features and Benefits

  • No Sample Preparation Required
Say goodbye to time-consuming purification steps. Unlike traditional methods, the Proteometer-CV allows you to perform CV analysis directly from clarified fermentation broth without requiring Protein A purification.

  • Speed and Efficiency
Complete your CV analysis in under 25 minutes. The Proteometer-CV delivers fast, reproducible, and accurate results, reducing the time and cost associated with capillary electrophoresis methods.

  • Simplified Workflow
Our kit has all the components you need for a seamless operation: specialized reactor, derivatizer module (MD2), buffer packets, fluorescent reagent, tubing unions, and easy-to-follow instructions. Mix mobile phases, inject samples, and get your results—it's that simple.

  • Exclusive Technology
The Proteometer-CV is the only solution that performs charge variant analysis directly in broth, ensuring that the fermentation medium does not interfere with your results.
